All good Bio but this BOD has been quiet and we assumed they had our interest at heart because they didn't want the competition to know. Now we find that they are going to turn the company into a CDMO and they are being challenged by outsiders. The court has basically said they are thieves.

Where is their explanation for the court saying they are thieves? Where is the results from all the collaborations. They are about to be thrown out yet they offer no explanation for their lack of information. They offer no rebuttal to the Ronin accusations. Could it be they have no answer and they are trying to grab the last bit as they go out the door?

Ronin may owe us a little more but the current BOD owes a whole lot more. Your skepticism is way out of balance.
