It's interesting how you guys have all these demands of Ronin, but absolutely no expectations of performance or accountability from the current BOD.

You do not know any steps that have been taken to request the same of the current BOD at Peregrine....though all that matters is the current BOD has failed to change bylaws and ensure current BOD no Medarex type deal will occur....and obviously clear is my longtime stance of pointing out the dozens of "undisclosed pipelines" of other biotechs where we do not see or told about ALL collaborations....

So why is it that it is wrong of me to request RCM to speak out of this .....because it will obviously help their cause by shouting out something that is a fact, that Peregrine hides their collaborations and always slant their PRs to the neutral side ...it seems.

We have several problems here....on both sides, but my suggestion to RCM would seem to help their cause ....

For the record I would want this from both sides but what is trying to be hidden ....or lowering the value.... Like some setup sale was being prepped
