Nok wants the federal court to release documents including vacated summary judgements that Idcc has not had the opportunity to appeal. As evidence for Nok's right to have these documents, they produce an unsubstantiated accusation of insider trading, which would have no affect on them even if true. Whatever long stretch of the imagination it takes to relate all this to an imaginary injustice to Nok, it won't stand up in court. I would like to see Idcc strike back with an action against Nok for defamatory and nefarious interference in its business. I have little doubt that their accusations were intended to weaken Idcc's general business position.
