With MLCG converting/dumping billions of shares and their share auth raise to 15 billion shares, investors are lucky there is a bid at all.

The company did confirm this massive dilution. Note that as of 9/25/2017, they already have close to 6 billion shares out.

Their previous unaudited financials showed 1,336,710,645 common shares issued and outstanding, as of June 30, 2016.

The company is so inept that it can't even put out unaudited financials.
