Zzzzzzz, the company hasn't filed anything so they also may not be notifying the TA.

They DID NOT INFORM THE TA either before the 2 RSs so theres a track record there of the company lying.

TAs can easily be manipulated, that's in my 34 years of experience. Seen it a million times where the TA had the incorrect number.

Of course that could easily be proven moot if they would just do their filings
