NWBO will get the following from their upcoming refinance of their Sawston mega property:
Chunk of cash, the amount I have no clue, but a chunk of cash nonetheless.
Cash flow of $1M per year, which is a drop in the bucket, but better than a drain.
Future appreciation as the area where they are located explodes simply due to the ideal location and the amount of land.
I believe the release of data is around the corner, this refinance could possibly get us there without any further dilutions.
