Steve, one note.

You stated:

Viking Drilling is the drilling contractor on the Afek/Genie(GNE) find in the Golan, unless something has changed that I am not aware of.

Dustin Guinn was CEO of Viking prior to coming to Zion as COO. Mr Guinn is well versed in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. You can look him up on line.

If any of these are going to happen, he will probably lead the effort, and they are probably already in the works.

Like I said in the past, Victor Carrillo has assembled a good team.
