Possibly why Li isn't "advertising" as much as we'd like is because he already HAS CLIENTS.....

from EONTEC...he already knows who he's going to go after....he's already got clients on the hook....

and he knows...the best type of PR is by word of mouth..... Right now I doubt he's that concerned

about raising banners to say "hey look we are here"...he feels time will take care of it.....also,

I believe the Asian mentality has more patience with things...they look longer term....Americans...

want it NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW....there is a difference in cultures........
