IMO, The lawsuit is NOT a distraction at all, MYDX is protecting their company from the people they listed in the lawsuit. There comes a time when any person or any company has to stand their ground for what they believe in and it's MYDX's time to do that. I am content that Mr.Yazbeck is trying to protect his company/stockholders and eventually we will all see what the outcome is. I believe in his visions and company and think MYDX will succeed, every startup has it's hurdles to get over and I have seen nothing but positives come from MYDX in the last 6 months.
