I just talked to Rick Michael; I called the contact info number listed on the website and he answered on the second ring.

I asked him about their e-mail being down and he said to use his sbcglobal e-mail.

He sounded very busy, and rushed; I asked him when we can expect audited financials and he said they're a small company and there's a lot of work to do, but they should be ready "soon" or "shortly".

I asked him when their e-mail would be back up and he reiterated their being a small company and that we should just use sbcglobal.

I was then rushed off the phone.

It may not mean anything, but while I appreciate the few moments Rick took to talk with me, it didn't leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. Of course, he could have just been really, really busy.
