What is the basis of your shorting thesis?

Do you think shorts crushed the stock upon the announced deal with Vivakor and are trapped in covering because the two major debt positions have not converted shares as the shorties thought?

The filings indicate a merger/acquisition is on the table. Could be a very significant problem if your shorty thesis is correct and big news is announced
