All you can do is point out what you see as shenanigans to the board so that newcomers realize the post originally was months ago but one of the moderators keeps giving it the appearance of being more recent than that. People can then draw their own conclusions about whether games are being played or not, and for what purpose.

And - you can become a moderator - it's very easy, and put up your own stickies to help balance out the viewpoints.
