Soupq has a habit of manipulating the price with their 8-Ks and fake prs. They sent out one on 9/12/2017 that caused it to tank from .03 to .012 in a matter of seconds.

then after getting people to slowly sell off their shares down under a penny, a prnewswire article announced on 9/28/2017 that something good happened on 9/8/2017. Then after creating bagholders, they sell slowly before delivering this bombshell.

Does it get any more comical than this?
