Another thing I noticed when I was snooping around was that Kast has a Dr Lorri Riley listed on their page and they say she is a podiatrist with a IP relating to an antibiotic for treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. They refer to a patent number 7198794B1 and give a date of 2013. I have looked at Kast before and never noticed this Dr being referenced before. If you check Kast's page on IHuB it looks like they are a carbon copy of VdRm. The more I look at or into Keough he comes across slimey. Legally not sure who is in the right or wrong none of this looks right though. Not to mention they are hovering around .10 to .15 pps while we are ten percent of that. They have no product no updates no shipping dates listed and somehow manage to have a pps ten times ours. Very frustrating. I would bet some research into that patent number would tell us that a settlement may be looming. If thats the case my question would be when did Kast hire this Dr for her IP. Was it before or after the lawsuit started.
