But they couldn't even produce the last financials on time.
They were late, just like the time when they didn't have the CFO.

I'm concerned about the hires as nothing has changed with respect to their tardiness.

Everyone should be concerned.

CEO should have informed us that construction was delayed 3+ months.

Excuses after 3 months are no longer valid excuses, but rather deceptive misleading of investors.

Laying blame on someone else after the fact is nothing more than deception and perpetuation thereof.
