The link from Aug 22ND when they said next week phase 2 equipment gets installed. It's now Oct 18 and they still don't have the equipment installed. As always, they lied. Phase 2 will never happened. Think about it, sell and buy something else. If you are 50% down and hoping it will go up. Bad trading strategy. Sell and rebuy someday
