I still think we need Andy to step down. We need to hire an aggressive CEO from the OTC medical AREA. someone who has been "rubbing elbows" with the movers and shakers in this space.

We have been stuck in this same spot for over 8 years with little traction. As an investor I can honestly say I have NO confidence anymore. I say this because I truly thought they had a game plan after Feb 3 clearance of ankle and foot. GUESS WHAT, they just hired another person to market this.

In other words - since Feb 3, we could have started test marketing campaign to the team sports in the field. But with the recent new hire, I can honestly see that this is now just guess work. Hoping something is going to stick. Very hap hazard like. No rhyme or reason with what they do.

If they ever give the investors a chance to vote - you can all honestly count mine as NO CONFIDENCE in Andy Whelan. He certainly comes across as a very nice man over the phone, HOWEVER, nice guys usually finish last. And honestly- we haven't even made it out of the locker room to even head toward the field yet.

An experienced aggressive CEO knows how to immediately take control, and start test marketing out of the gate. They would already have contacts who will help get them into retail much faster than what we've experienced. And while we all hope that one day they're going to get their act together and start to enter the retail space, the rest of the medical sector is now frantically trying to develop something they can attempt to get to market before Actipatch.

This will be an interesting next couple months. But as of the right now - who thinks they will succeed?

Let's take a vote right now...

Y - Andy will accomplish this and get is into retail relatively soon?

N - Andy will not get us into retail relatively soon?

This is not to be disrespectful at all, rather an honest way to evaluate the CEO with the group of investors on this board.
