The end of the fiscal year is June 30th. Then they have 90 days to file the 10K (45 days for 10Q)... and if needed, companies are allowed to asked for a 15 day extension.

AMFE is not actually an OTC company yet, so there is no current deadline.... but once they uplist, they will have to abide
