As for POETF, I agree it appears the powers to be may run this up now, part of that may be deserved, we will see if InP / Dielectric protos emerge before end of 2017

I'm holding for now, but will certainly sell some if it gets between .70 and $1.00, and POETF may even run to $2 or $3 if a deal with India's government is announced for the GA's

So what I was trying to say is that if POETF InP/Dielectric protos emerge and gain some traction maybe .70 and $1.00, AND THEN if POETF gets a big deal on GaA with India government it possible to get a speculative run in price to $2+
