First off this is old news finally being put into motion...everything they’ve talked about, especially from there Pr comment of “emerging from BK”.

All this is saying is that they are moving the original BK from what was a Chapter 11 (Former owners original plan to save his business but failed) where the debtor negotiates with the creditors to settle the debts to....a Chapter 7 (current) where the debtors assets are sold off instead (in this case sold off to GBI for $1.785M).

It’s clear as day, anyone bother to actually real all three docs?? This cements it if anything and this was cause for today’s run.

I have no clue why there’s so much disinformation on this board and so much negativity. This is great news and exactly what we’ve been waiting for and probably the reason why the stock jumped today.
