Finally! Somebody gets it! Yes, the old SOUPQ where folks trade the shares.

They're going Chapter 7 out of business-- liquidating. Paperwork to cancel the shares have probably already been submitted, and folks that have been banking on the reverse merger hype can forget about that too.
