Well, if they rule against the Patent Office, the IPR proces, WILL BE FINISHED!,,,,aka ELIMINATED! They’re not going to rule it unconstitutional and then allow it to continue, now are they? lol

Based on what I’ve read, the IPR process, is in fact unconstitutional,

IMHO, there are way too many shady activities that will surface during this trial, that the IPR process will be shut down.
