This is so called demoralizing. Low volume drops by MMs to take our shares from the impatience ones. No one knows what ITC is going to do, but the MMs are collecting shares here and there in case. ITC like agencies stick to deadlines and when they postpone one time, they typically don't delay it further. We will hear a yes or no by 27th, imo.
