CAPC is dead when it comes to interest. The reason imo is the Share Structure is way to high. I think potential investors look at it and say forget it, they have too many shares that could hit the market. They also look at what Insiders have, and they see they have lots which is good and bad. The bad part being they can sell a ton of shares any time they want too.
If Stewart and Jeffrey want to become Billionaires with all those shares, somebody should tell them it ain't going to happen. They should retire a bundle of those shares and maybe the stock can find a pulse.
If the stock would move up substandually and then their stock they kept would also increase.
