Too many posts to review regarding the leasing of the unused warehouse space at the Sawston Property. My takeaway from this piece of news is simple really. NWBO who already has a manufacturing facility and usable space at this property for any startup operations are leasing out and having the lessee upgrade the old warehouses. The lease agreement is for a minimum of 3.5 years which again allows NWBO to expand into this facility if required after 3.5 years. What this tell's all those who are really listening is that NWBO is making future plans and is therefore confident in getting beyond the current P3 DCVAX-L trial. For all the shorts/skeptics bashing this company for choosing to generate revenue from underutilized space, it just goes to show the level they are prepared to drop too. However they cannot escape the fact that NWBO is making future plan's right under their noses. This should result in a slow nose bleed but hey they got some cotton wool stemming the flow. Before they know it the cotton wool will not hold back their bleeding. Looking forward to that day.
