Well, you can always wait for the next 8k, 10Q, or whatever to see what revenues are there, while completely discounting 10's/100's millions of lawsuit settlement monies coming into the company! I guess you don't perceive them to have the same value as sales, but that is to your own perception.

Our patented technology is being strongly/convincingly validated through our ongoing patent infringement litigation, which will be generating 100's of millions of dollars, which to many of us are serious numbers. But you can stand on the sideline waiting for retail sales numbers, which is perceived to be at the extreme low end of our means of income!
