I'll make it short, 1) try to sell something new to a lot of people who are comfortable with things the way they are, and 2) Try to sell something at a garage sale or on Ebay and you will know what I mean.

Oh, I forgot, those very real and positive actions described in your post have not resulted in a contract, revenue, or profit that we are aware of, AND, it takes a lot of time to sell a transformative technology/product.
