Because the market cap and SS doesn't go up 11 times as one would think. It's just 5% more shares so theoretically it should only go down 5% on the market cap technically speaking. Now of course it can go anywhere with strong selling or buying, that's not the point. But from the divi standpoint there is only a 5% market cap increase.
