Dear Judge Falk:
I write on behalf of the Defendants in the above-captioned case. We write to
inform the Court that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) has denied
institution of Defendants’ inter partes review petitions. In light of the PTAB
decision, we hereby withdraw Defendants’ pending joint motion to stay the above captioned
case filed on April 28, 2017. (D.E. No. 64).
