Gallant has many options- staying public, going private, selling this part keeping that part, staying public and new ticker or same, restructuring, but shareholders have a lot of risk because of the many options they have the majority of these decisions can include shareholder destruction with legal protection for company.

A lot of risk until PR or forms say otherwise securing a plan for the current shareholders and ticker. I have a small position. This is the highest risk play in my portfolio right now. GLTA
