Well if you read the 8k it was an asset purchase . You will more then likely still hold soup shares in an empty shell . There is nothing in the purchase agreement about taking care of common shareholders . And nothing has been filed with finra . The Q doesn't just disappear . There are new owners now . Who by the way are a private company .
