I ask myself, What company on earth (except for pharmaceutic research) would spend millions upon millions of dollars each year for some 15 or 20 year stretch; to create a factory that has no current demand. No purchase orders, no contracts, no letters of intent, no customers---zero.

Tomorrow, not one single smiling person who is loudly applauding and giving out compliments has any certainty what-so-ever that even if LQMT did obtain a customer that somehow that transaction might be profitable.

What companies do that?

Again and again I arrive at the same answer. Companies that are in the business of selling really cheap shares of stock that have no intention of ever doing anything.
