What am I missing? My home loan is through this company and as far as I can tell I'm not the poor or disenfranchised. I went with them because their closing costs were lower and the interest rate couldn't be beat. Should I feel like I'm being taken advantage of? I feel like I must be missing something but I'm not sure what.
