I played it safe awhile back.

I mentioned all of this could be done between November 1st thru the 6th, 2017.

Hopefully...I will not be left holding the bag?

Tremendous amount of paperwork...not to mention if there happens to be a snag somewhere.

What I cannot predict is the Opening of Snakes and Lattes #3?

I give up on that one..... as Roger is a perfectionist and the facilities have got to be A-1 excellent for Him to allow that to happen!
