The dilution is part of the debt reduction because
of the note holders. And of course there is fear of
dilution; that's why the volume is so low and it
doesn't move north (referring to UporDown's post).
Generally the volume is very low and there is no
buying pressure. Why is that? It's because people
know that any slight movement upwards, the dumping
will commence. Look at todays volume. It's more than
double the average, yet it has hardly moved.
If the company goes forward with another acquisition,
it will add revs down the road, but will add more debt
on top of the heavy debt it's already dealing with.
Look at the PPS,, 0023!!!! Says it all doesn't it?
