Of course they are...they’d be the biggest buffoons in the history of business to make the common shares worth zero.They’d gain absolutely nothing by doing so. It’d be taking 10 steps backwards.

Leaving them in place would give them 10 steps forward and a following, not to mention good publicity.

Plus why would they make there own money worth zero. It makes no sense at all.
