I traded the OTC for five years before trading options and currency. Most OTC stocks aren't SEC reporting or audited. Most of their PRs are done via Twitter. The company officers need liquidity in order to dump shares.

Most need money, hence R/S and private placements. I have researched and don't see any evidence of private placements here.

All reporting has stopped. The business license has been revoked and the TA is gagged. Those that are still earning a salary, for what? Where is the sales team pushing the MIT? You can't do business without a business license. There are many OTC companies that have business license and are fully reporting.
