Try doing some research on the company, they aren't buying on the open market, they are buying through private placements. If you don't understand the OTC you will never make money at it. The OTC offers tremendous gains if you know what you are doing, Cromwell Coulsen did so well trading pinks he bought the pink sheets, look it up.
