If Google appeals back, which they will,
unless they're locked out by appeals court, then,
things really begin to change in MAXD's favor....
I would be surprise if Google's lawyers didn't appeal back, isn't that the way law works????.
YES!!.
It's really sad, when no skin in the game tries to place a bet
on the team that will end up losing in the end....
The team that will lose in the end is Google!!.
I also wouldn't be surprise if Google just throws out a settlement amount to make this case go away....
The longer it's in the courts, the longer it benefits MAXD,
and hurts Google....
Google isn’t going to win this case in their mind. The evidence against Google is just way too strong.
They have in a sense admitted their wrong doing by sending back the proof via Post-It-Notes of what they were doing wrong.
And because this isn’t Google’s, 1st, 2nd or 3rd time doing this, most parties feel it’s time for Google to face the music.
They are going to lose, or settle but either way, Max Sound isn’t going away until the results they want are achieved.
