To begin with. The numbers you posted are completely inaccurate and FALSE. "accumulated loss from operations is September 30, 2010 of $21,219,030 since inception. That was seven years ago and IFUS has lost countless more since that last filing.

Now this buyout rumor "HOPE". Talk to any CPA. The only way a corporation can carry forward a loss to offset profit is if is in the exact same business and products. Big misconception that merger/buyout can carry forward a loss.

You claimed 10 million loss???????? Read the last IFUS filing and explain.

Patent value = MW abandoned the patent. TM = dime a DOZEN. Broken down rusted building in a mud hole chit town. 200K value???? Yea. Square feet wise maybe???? But NO ONE is paying that for that old piece of junk building.

Even at .003 IFUS stock has Market Value of $866,056. That is crazy high and extremely unrealistic market cap for IFUS with all considered. Book and negative asset value - IFUS is a .0001 stock at best.

Also keep in mind that there has not been any financials disclosures from this company in 7 years. The SEC delists "shells" like this every day and normally groups at the time for "not enough public disclosure". Look that up sometime.
