I have already searched for any substanciated SEC violations against Steve A. Smith Jr., And there is nothing to.be found. If anyone can find any substanciated information (ex. Screenshots or weblinks) that contradicts that; then please share for all to see.

I would never support a new CEO or other person who has committed a crime.

Until otherwise proven in an above manner I will continue to support EEGI's new CEO as there is no reason to believe anything but good news will be coming be months end.
