You guys still don't get it.
With the current SS, equity investors can ONLY buy shares that are available in the AS. There are ONLY 2.5 B left. However, some or all of those may be locked up due to existing convertible debt. They CAN NOT BE SOLD to equity investors if they are already committed. That LIMITS the amount of money ANY equity (share) investor can invest. They can't invest more than the number of shares they can buy.
Equity investors buy STOCK. If there is no stock to buy, they can't invest. That is where we are now - there is literally no stock to buy because there is enough convertible debt to consume the rest of the AS, or nearly so. Potentially, if all the convertible debt tried to convert, it would EXCEED the AS, forcing either an RS or an increase in AS. that could actually happen - it is in the hands of the toxic lenders to force it.
This whole idea of equity investors when BVTK has no shares to sell is simply idiotic.
What part of 'BVTK has no available shares to sell equity investors' is not understandable? If they increase the AS, that is different. If they do an RS, that is different.
But right now, it is a race between conversions and revenue, and so far, conversions are in the lead. Equity investors cannot help that - only revenue can.
