BVTK can easily conduct an ASR Program if they are going to be as big as they are telegrahping. 100% can do and it's very legal and lucrative for all involved. The can hold certain info close to the chest to share w/ NDA signers...info the public at large is not privy too. NDA's are VERY LEGAL for publicly traded companies.

Based on the info shared w/ certain DEEP POCKETS, those DEEP POCKETS decide they want a 'special' piece of the future action. They work out a deal with these DEEP POCKETS who then line up the cash to conduct "THE BIG SHORT". Immediately, Bravatek and BVTK shareholders will see a MASSIVE REDUCTION in the O/S of whatever pre-arranged amount was decided..5.5-6BB?? And, the DEEP POCKETS benefit by having brand new preferred shares that will most likely have a 3-7yr holding period. The investment bank loves it too due to their forward-contract guarantee of a dandy pay day after they complete their cover and retirement of all those commons (typical contracted time period of 1-3 quarters).

It's a really neat, relatively new financial instrument called an "Accelerated Stock Re-Purchase Program", or simply ASR Program. Many PhD-level white papers have been written about them. They really are a 360deg win/win/win/win scenario. A really cool derivative.
