shotsky: Yes, really. IF you had read the PhD's research you would see that in the case of an ASR, a firm most often DOES use equity financers money to buy back shares. AND, when it's done, all make money in the transaction AND all shares bought back are reduced IMMEDIATELY from the O/S.

C'Mon, man...do some DD. There is PLENTY out on the web detailing exactly HOW and WHY an ASR program is a PERFECT FIT for BVTK'a UNDERVALUED situation. Oh, and, the safe harbor rules are 'built-in' to the forward-contract.

READ THE WHITE PAPER THIS TIME TO LEARN AND NOT SHOOT OFF STATEMENTS MADE OUT OF IGNORANCE TO THE SUBJECT AT HAND.

Gotta love the choice of word Bravatek used yesterday to those who doubt this is possible..."nay-sayers".

Naysayers...Can you give a convincing argument as to why NOT an ASR for BVTK, and "sooner than you think"?

p.s. - Did you notice that ASCM DISAPPEARED from L2 yesterday about 1/2 way through the day? They only jumped on L2 here when the .0028 cup-n-handle broke north a couple months ago. Curious how they left after it completed its round-trip back south near that level yesterday. Hmmmm.... wink
