I think the addition of the chef has more to do with the packaged foods part of this than anything to do with the stores themselves. He already has an interest in healthy packaged foods. He already can produce product under Stevenson Farms. Could the healthy, children's, prepackaged foods cause demand for the restaurant rather than the other way around?

Just trying to figure out a why for the new chef.
