UA Multimedia Inc (UAMM)

Absolutely Johnny, the share structure is of utmost importance and among the leading factors to bring me to 'invest' in UAMM besides regulatory filings and doing all by the book. Unlike most of these OTC start-up companies where the CEO is compensated in multi-millions of shares (even more valuable preferred shares), this company under Mr. Thu Pham not only gave no shares (including to Pham) but has since actually cancelled 30M common shares just a couple of months ago (even with such a great tight SS and low float)... tells me they understand how important that is to an OTC shareholder.

While we don't yet know enough about Mr. Klein who became CEO last month, Mr. Pham remains a Director of UAMM according to the 8/28/17 PR and on OTC Markets Profile:

Little history regarding Mr. Pham:

As of December 31, 2016, Thu Pham was the Chief Executive Officer and sole director of the Company.

Mr. Thu Pham is the Interim Chief Executive Officer since October 25, 2016 and director of UA Multimedia since January 18, 2016. He is a director of Sipp Industries, Inc. since July 29, 2014. Mr. Pham is the President and CEO of Vilink Communications since September 1993. He has over thirty years of professional experience in fiber optic communication system design and development. Mr. Pham has a BS degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.

The Company plan to grow organically as well as externally via acquisitions of complementary businesses. The Company is in negotiation with a few potential acquisition candidates and working diligently to arrive at a positive outcome.

And interestingly Mr. Pham through his other company where he is currently a Director (Sipp Industries) has been involved with MJ all along...

If we connect the dots and UAMM still plans to make acquisitions (kind of become a holding company) it might join forces with Sipp Industries among others.

I'm looking forward to the next UAMM quarterly filing due mid-November in hopes there will be much more to digest in understanding where our/UAMM's new direction is heading.

Granted knowing the leader of a company can be quite telling and is important but I've known a CEO of another OTC public company for five years or thought I did... absolutely brilliant but has yet to deliver, even on his own word, hmmm.

And btw I sleep like a baby too soon as my head's on the pillow, ahaha
