I think we have the same timeline based on above facts, we should see Amarin's response to FDA's letter 10-16 ish....

Meanwhile the Postponement Letter was sent on the same day when Amarin filled the "623705 - Complainant's Reply Brief on Jurisdiction" (both were on Sep 25) and requested leave to file (granted on Sep 28) ... the "Postponement of a Vote on Whether a Section 337 investigation Should Be instituted" process was started on Sep 22 (e.g. Commissioner Broadbent voted on Sep 22) ... 3 days before Amarin filed 623705 ...
