If trading for IMUN was to get halted, approximately how long would it get halted for?

Would the company have to pay for court expenses or would the individuals being charged have to pay?

If the management was found guilty of manipulation / fraud, what would likely happen? Would they have to reimburse losses out of their own pockets?

Hypothetically, if I had evidence of fraud that I found out about let's say a month ago, and didn't report it until a month later, but bought shares in that month before I reported it, did I do anything wrong?
