Isn't the ultimate goal for this company to be purchased? Kay said so himself. First you need to have the IPR stall tactic deflated. Getting settlement money is great but still having companies that infringe others IP and can hide behind a lengthy judicial process is lengthy. Prove the IP then move to value the IP so you can then take yourself to market. Who know maybe an Alphabet or Apple would love to be a patent troll.
