I think people should be warned about questionable practices of executives or BOD members for publically traded companies. There are far too many scams in our life to not warn each other when something looks like a scam. If the CEO hadn't run his mouth about highly suspect reset prices I wouldn't have ever started tracking this stock. If someone promises me the moon, the first thing I am going to do is think they are after something. It's human nature.

Here is the bottom line. If Rufus can reset this nobody can stop that, not the shorts, not our-street, not the "bashers". Either he can do it or he can't. Shorts can't destroy a business either. Either a business has REAL revenues and REAL profits or it doesn't and the stock price isn't going to change that. If PPS does not reflect company value then someone will buy the company or else the company can go private and buy it's own stock. Either way, that can't change if a company has actual products or a working business model.

Either put up or shut up, but stop promising things you are yet to deliver. There are those that talk and those that do and in my opinion Rufus talks way too much.
